Regan McGrath CPA CA


Regan is constantly pushing Metrics to be different and better. Her vision for an elevated digital accounting experience drives her daily decision-making. Regan has won awards from the Greater Victoria Chamber Commerce and CPA BC for her work at Metrics. She is a frequent speaker and writer for business and professional associations across Canada.

Kyle Mackenzie CPA


The blockchain CPA – Kyle is involved in all things FinTech. Whether its cryptocurrency taxation, business advisory, or technology systems implementations, Kyle is the know-it-all of future technologies at Metrics. Darren Lee BBA


Darren is a CPA articling student in his second year at Metrics. After completing his BBA he came to Metrics to master tax and new business technologies. Darren is a big fan of international tax, and is the driving force behind hilarious gifs and social committee missions.  Outside of work, Darren is an international judo competitor and coach.


Jason Carter BBA


Jason talks the talk and walks the walk. His impressive communication skills (polished by years of cocktail bartending) and natural love for business (he’s got 5 years of accounting experience under his belt already) make him our client relations all-star.

Chelsea Rabey BSc.


With an Economics Degree from UVic, Chelsea gravitated towards Metrics to flex her business skills and assist with business process automation. Whether investigating integrations to streamline Metrics’ operations or converting data sets for our clients, she is working to take businesses to the future.  Outside of work, Chelsea can be found at Lighthouse Labs learning computer coding or participating in the field hockey community.

Sean Annable


Sean is pursuing his BBA specializing in accounting at Camosun College. He came to Metrics as a summer student to learn new technology and apply his business skills in a real setting. Seeing his skills, we snapped him up to work for us full time. When not at school or working, he is busy being a foodie and hiking.
